Veggie Legume Digest

This blend of carbohydrate digesting vegetable enzymes is designed to improve digestion and tolerability of many healthful foods, particularly the legumes and crucifers and plants with high vegetable fiber that often produce flatulence.

Contains alpha-galactosidase and other carbohydrate and starch-digesting enzymes
Aids in the digestion of legumes such as kidney beans, black beans, lima beans, etc., as well as cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower.

Recommended Use: Start with one capsule with meals that contain these foods. Increase slowly if needed until no gas is produced after consumption of these foods, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
